Albany needs people who understand good policy and have the guts to fight for it. I've been doing that work for years.
I’m the person who writes the bills, advocates for them, builds coalitions, and puts in the work. I wrote the Gender Inclusive Ballot Act. I helped pass the RAISE Act. I've written bills on civil rights, surveillance, police reform, elections, animal welfare, government transparency, and much more. And I've watched too many good bills get gutted by carveouts, weakened by exceptions, or killed entirely when legislators didn't have the courage to fight for them.
Albany has abandoned too many of our community members. I want to put my career on the line to fight for them.

But for all those reasons, it has become too expensive for all but the elites to afford. David will fight to make the neighborhood affordable and accessible to all.
