Field Organizers
Location: This position is fully in-person in lower Manhattan.
Salary: $5,000 per month.
Qualifications: At least one cycle of campaign field experience as an organizer or intern, or a comparable history of public-facing work, and a strong commitment to the progressive Democratic values of the campaign.
Brief description: As a Field Organizer, you will be responsible for meeting voter contact goals via door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and high-visibility street canvassing. Your responsibilities will also include recruiting, training, and managing volunteers; managing our campaign fellowship program; doing outreach to community businesses and organizations; and attending events on behalf of the campaign on an as-needed basis. This position requires six days per week, with one regular weekday off (to be coordinated with other Field Organizers to ensure consistent coverage), and ends after the Democratic Primary on June 23rd.

Communications Director
Location: This position is available for hybrid work, with some mandatory in-person work in lower Manhattan.
Salary: $5,000 - $5,500 per month depending on availability and schedule.
Qualifications: At least one cycle of campaign experience, or a comparable history of political work and engagement or communications experience. You must be comfortable filming and editing short-form video content, designing graphics, and managing social media accounts, and you must demonstrate a strong commitment to the progressive Democratic values of the campaign.
Brief description: As Communications Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing the campaign’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Twitter/X) to reach a higher number of voters in the district, managing the campaign’s email list, and drafting outgoing communications and press releases from the campaign, as well as shaping the campaign’s communication strategy. Additionally, you will be expected to film, edit, and post a high volume of weekly short-form videos of the candidate. This position requires six days per week, with one flexible weekday off, and ends after the Democratic Primary on June 23rd.

Campaign Organizing Fellowship
The Siffert for Assembly Fellowship is a hands-on leadership opportunity for students and young professionals interested in politics, public service, and community organizing. Fellows will play a direct role in a competitive New York State Assembly campaign while gaining practical experience in grassroots political work. This position is unpaid.
Over four months, fellows will work alongside campaign leadership to engage voters, build community relationships, and help shape a people-powered movement in District 66.
What Fellows Will Do
- Lead voter outreach efforts through canvassing and community engagement
- Learn campaign strategy and field organizing techniques
- Assist with event coordination and grassroots mobilization
- Collaborate with a dynamic team committed to local change
